As visitors arrive at the indigenously built tree house, they are treated to an aromatic and flavorful meal served in large clay pots. Visitors are briefed by the retreat manager Ming Yeow, that all ingredients used are fresh produce directly sourced from Terra’s biodynamic farm as Madam Ho aims to bring awareness to the importance of healthy eating. Zero artificial fertilizers or chemicals are used as the soil is rich in nutrients with significantly greater organic matter, allowing produce to contain higher nutrient levels and better tasting. When a person eats right and lives right, the natural outcome is a healthy and vital life.
